Maps of Castel dell'Ovo

Located on the islet called Isolotto di Megaride, beside the village of Borgo Marinari, in the San Ferdinando district on the coast of Naples, now connected by a causeway to the mainland, the historic castle is at the heart of the harbor and has been part of the view, and a place to view, the city for more than 500 years.

Between the Castle and mainland is the Porto di Santa Lucia, a popular marina where the yachts of the rich may be seen docked.
